I have spent the past 15 years working in compliance within the utility industry. Starting as a Clerk I, I gradually advanced through various positions, with a strong focus on data integrity and management. 

Throughout my professional journey, I have witnessed a significant shift in work culture. Initially, the focus was on striving, demanding results, and persevering through challenges. However, I observed the transformation towards a culture of collaboration, work-life balance, and personal growth.
